AIA is recognized for driving advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives for enterprise organizations, and that expertise helped shape the foundation of Analytics Elevation's AI-powered solutions. Today, Larry works directly with business owners and leadership teams to transform complex data ecosystems into clear, actionable intelligence — from strategic planning to the dashboards their teams rely on every day. His approach blends deep technical capability with practical execution, helping clients turn data into measurable advantage and sustainable growth. In addition to his work in AI and analytics, Larry has owned and operated his insurance agency (Thein Agency) since 2010, giving him more than a decade of hands-on experience serving clients, managing risk, and building long-term business relationships.

With a focus on communication, structure, and measurable results, Noah helps clients turn strategy into execution without losing speed or direction. His ability to bridge vision with practical delivery ensures that Analytics Elevation's AI-powered solutions create real, lasting impact for the businesses they serve. Noah recently graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business and an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Alongside his academic work, he spent four years competing in collegiate baseball, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that now shape his approach to client success and project execution.
